RMG Staffing Makes A Huge Impact on Hospitality Industry by Supporting Human Capital at IHRIM Tech Summit for Global Excellence.
On May 18, 2017 at The Shore Club, Miami Beach – RMG Staffing participated in a leadership forum that included some of the most powerful voices in their individual fields. The discussion allowed attendees to gain knowledge from keynote speakers who shared insights and meaningful patterns on HR and Leadership Skills. One of the topics that was discussed included a section titled “How to Be on Top of Your HR Game,” and in addition attendees were exposed to implementation strategies geared for immediate success; which gave a deeper knowledge on best practices for finding the latest technologies initiatives and maximizing Sphere of influence.
Keynote speakers were Jared Jacob, Head of VR Productions at Ceek VR, panelist MaryAnn McIraith – Panel Facilitator, also Founder of Maximum Potential – Transformational Consciousness Training, Louis Richardson, Storyteller, IBM Watson Andre Teixeira, EVP/CFO, The Graham Companies Juan Albelo, Executive HCM Sales, SAP.
The event’s initiative sought to engage, educate and excite attendees about the future and potential of HR. Attendees had the opportunity to network and build upon future collaborations.
They also gained knowledge on how to create a better work environment.
In conclusion of the panel discussion, guests and attendees were able to share valuable job experiences that helped to extend their professional network.
