This year’s Super Bowl at the Hard Rock Stadium in February was truly an extravagant spectacle. If you attended the game we’re pretty sure you didn’t care who won. Jennifer Lopez and Shakira with special guests J Balvin and Bad Bunny performed a great Latin flavored halftime show. Even though you may have not attended the game, we’re certain you attended some of the parties that led up to the big game.
RMG Staffing was proud and honored to have provided the staffing for one of the biggest Super Bowl parties leading up to the game. Maxim magazine held its annual Maxim Super Bowl Party Experience. Each year they have it at the city that hosts the Super Bowl and to make sure their VIP guests were treated to an event like no other, they called on us to provide the staffing. The party was held at Virginia Key Island.
Headlining musical acts included The Chainsmokers with special guest performances by included Rick Ross and Lost Kings. The “Havana Nights” themed event toke place at an exclusive waterfront venue built from the ground up. Guests enjoyed a great view of the Miami skyline. For VIP guests, luxury boats transported them to a private marina where they were able to have the best of the best Super Bowl experience.
The event was held under a 40,000 square feet tent. It was equipped with a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system. The furniture was custom made with the most luxurious finishings on the market. As an honor to Miami’s architectural history, the interior featured art deco-inspired designs, velvet couches, and gold chandeliers. Over 3,000 guests attended the event. Along with their music, the Chainsmokers also treated those lucky guests with their brand of tequila. Other fun festivities at the extravaganza included a delicious candy dot wall and a candy bar from Sugar Factory. Overall, everyone enjoyed great hospitality and entertainment experience.
Maxim magazine has been producing its Big Game Experience for the past nineteen years and it gets bigger every year. From the biggest musical acts, celebrities, world leaders, the media and big brands, the Maxim Big Game Experience is considered the most important show outside of the Super Bowl itself. RMG Staffing’s team made sure to provide the best staffing services. Everyone had a great time. We’ll surely be ready for the next time the Super Bowl rolls into town.
